No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking and no advertising tools.
The fonts come from our own domain, like the rest of the page, so your browser contacts only our host to show it.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the page and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, under its own data processing terms.
This can happen outside the EU. In that case it is covered by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Cloudflare keeps this technical data only as long as it needs it for security. A copy of the standard contractual clauses is available by writing to info@anarchio.com.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a site that works and is safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
Writing to us is voluntary. If you email us, we use your address and your message only to answer you, and we keep them as long as that conversation needs.
Our email is delivered by our host and our email provider, which may process it outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at info@anarchio.com.
The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering a general question (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If the conversation leads to a contract or an invoice, we keep the records Italian law requires for ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access your data, to correct it or erase it, to restrict its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@anarchio.com.
You can object at any time to the use of your data based on our legitimate interest.
We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If the way this site handles data changes, for example because we add analytics, we update this page first.
